Property Consultant - Male
We are looking for a well experienced Property Consultant - Male:
Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Presenting the properties to potential buyers and renters.
Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Managing online and social media presence
Preparing contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
Searching open listings to find properties
Experience with sales.
Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
Good knowledge of the local property.
Salary: Basic plus commission
Must be currently residing in UAE.
Can speak Arabic, Malayalam and Hindi
