Job Overview


We are seeking a proactive, results-driven

Property Advisor

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and promoting properties, advising clients on investment opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will leverage strong negotiation and networking skills to close deals, manage contracts, and build lasting relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Property Management & Promotion

: Oversee property listings, conduct viewings, and provide detailed property information to prospective clients.

Client Advisory

: Offer expert guidance on market trends, property valuation, and investment opportunities, ensuring clients make informed decisions.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

: Liaise with buyers, sellers, and third parties to negotiate and finalize contract terms, ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Customer Service Excellence

: Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely follow-ups.

Networking & Relationship Building

: Develop and sustain a robust network of industry contacts, including property developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Market Research

: Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, regulations, and best practices, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications



Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Real Estate Certification

: RERA certification or equivalent is a plus.

Skills & Experience

: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proven knowledge of property management and real estate investment principles. Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions.

Additional Requirements

: A valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle is a plus.
