Job Description
Dynamic Properties is looking for a Dubai Creek harbour Specialist Property Consultant to join the team and is willing to work on a 50-50 commission basis
Candidate Requirements:
Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai. Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels. You should be a Dubai Creek Harbour specialist and have experience in the sale & leasing of residential apartments in secondary markets for Dubai creek harbour Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. Should have skills of handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting. Ability to work with targets and commission basis. RERA Certification is an advantage Good presentation and negotiating skills. Outstanding sales and negotiation skills. Willing to grow within the company in the long term run! Good English Communication Skills and a presentable personality. Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets, and geographic limitations.
Qualifications
5 years' of Real Estate experience Languages: English, Arabic, Farsi & Chinese Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Driving License Must Have a Car
