Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Off-Plan Property Advisor to join our growing team. As an Off-Plan Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling off-plan properties to potential investors, homeowners, and first-time buyers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential buyers to understand their property requirements and offer suitable off-plan options.
Present and promote off-plan properties to clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about new developments, including features, benefits, and investment potential.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available off-plan projects, market trends, and local real estate regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, clients, and investors to ensure long-term business success.
Negotiate terms of sale and assist clients through the purchase process, from initial inquiry to final contract signing.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth sales process for clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and progress reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales in UAE, preferably with a focus on off-plan properties.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and off-plan property trends.
Knowledge of al Developers and their projects in UAE.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English or any other language is a plus.
UAE Driving License is a must.
