Key Responsibilities

Market Expertise:

Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in Dubai's luxury real estate sector, providing expert guidance to clients.

Exclusive Portfolio Management:

Curate and showcase an exceptional selection of luxury properties to potential buyers and investors.

Negotiation Mastery:

Skillfully handle contract negotiations, offers, and deal structuring to secure the best outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

Strategic Marketing:

Utilize innovative marketing techniques, including digital platforms, to promote listings and elevate your personal brand.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of Dubai's real estate laws and regulations, ensuring transactions are conducted with professionalism and compliance.

Collaborative Success:

Qualifications

Proven success in real estate sales, ideally within the Dubai market. Strong network of high-net-worth clients and industry connections. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends and regulatory framework. Passion for real estate and a results-driven, ambitious mindset.
