Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and competitive developments.
Negotiation & Closing:
Effectively negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties.
Skills:
Strong communication, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
