- Property Marketing: Develop innovative marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of luxury properties, utilizing digital platforms, social media, and other channels to reach affluent buyers and investors.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing dynamics, and investment opportunities, providing valuable insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Employ strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients in real estate transactions, ensuring maximum value and client satisfaction.
- Networking: Cultivate and expand your professional network through strategic relationship-building efforts with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders, fostering long-term business relationships and referral opportunities.
- Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Bachelor\'s degree preferred
- Real Estate License from RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency)
- Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales or leasing
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of Dubai\'s real estate market and GCC region
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team player
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Valid UAE driver\'s license
