We invite you to become a part of successful and fast growing Real Estate company with long & sustainable career in Dubai Real Estate. What we are looking for Sales Agent- \xe2\x80\x93 Leasing, Secondary, and Off-Plan :-
- Ideal candidate with at least 6 MONTHS work experience in Dubai properties - OFF PLAN
- With atleast 1 YEAR work experience in Dubai properties - for Secondary market (Resale) OR Renting
- Should be Self Driven and self motivated
- Possess Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of conducting meetings.
- In depth knowledge of Dubai real estate with current market trends & property prices.
- Coordinate with the Seller & arrange the viewing for prospective buyers
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements.
- Should be able to achieve monthly sales targets/KPIs set.
- Should have valid Driving License
- COMPETITIVE MONTHLY SALARY AND TIMELY COMMISSION - for Secondary market
