Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their preferences and budget
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and location
Generate leads through marketing, networking, calls, and referrals
Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms between clients and property owners
Maintain and update a database of available units, listings, and leads
Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and pricing guidance
Prepare, review, and process necessary documents and agreements
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred but not required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Good knowledge of the local property market
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
Organized, proactive, and target-driven
Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus)
