Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at STEP IN PROPERTY located in Doha, Qatar. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and utilizing your expertise in real estate to assist in residential and commercial leasing or sales transactions. You will also be involved in consulting clients on property matters.

Qualifications

Excellent consulting and communication skills Proven customer service experience Strong sales skills In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry
Relevant skills and qualifications:

Experience in residential and commercial property transactions Knowledge of property supervision and management Ability to work well in a team Ability to multitask and prioritize Proficiency in relevant software and tools Bachelor's degree in a related field Must have Qatari driver's license

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Manage property leasing processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed. Negotiate lease agreements and manage landlord-tenant relationships effectively. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities. Supervise and train staff to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

Pay: From QAR10,000.00 per month
