As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will guide them through the entire process, from the initial inquiry to the final transaction, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Conduct market research and identify suitable properties for clients Arrange and conduct property viewings Provide expert advice and guidance on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers Prepare and manage all necessary documentation Build and maintain long-term client relationships Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Must be currently
residing in Qatar
with valid QID Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (1-3 years preferred) Strong understanding of the Qatar property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and attitude Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)Valid Qatar driving license
and own car is a plus Strong sales orientation with a customer-first mindsetTo Apply:
