Key Responsibilities
Generate and nurture inbound/outbound leads from Chinese-speaking clients
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and follow-up communication
Prepare market analyses, comparative reports, and investment guidance
Negotiate terms and finalize contracts ensuring compliance with RERA and UAE regulations
Maintain CRM records, support marketing campaigns, and collaborate with in-house teams for photos, virtual tours, etc. gulftalent.com
Provide after-sales service and build long-term relationships
Requirements
Minimum 2 years
of experience in real estate sales/brokerage in Dubai
Fluent in
Mandarin Chinese
and
English
; additional languages (like Arabic) are a plus r
Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client advisory skills
Familiarity with Dubai real estate market, laws, and RERA processes
Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms
Qualifications (Preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
