Property Consultant (basic + Commission)
Job Description
UWRE Property Brokers is a leading real estate company that specializes in the secondary market and sale of off-plan properties. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Consultant to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and advising clients on property purchases. Responsibilities: Generating new business through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients Advising clients on property purchases and providing expert knowledge on off-plan projects Conducting property viewings with potential clients Negotiating and closing sales deals Meeting and exceeding sales targets Communicating with management and team members to provide regular updates on sales progress Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in real estate market of dubai Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer a competitive commission-based compensation package or basic plus commission and the opportunity to work with an established real estate company that has its own in-house off-plan project.
