Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi. The Property Consultant will play a key role in advising clients on buying, selling, leasing, and investing in real estate properties. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding clients' needs, providing market insights, and negotiating deals to achieve optimal outcomes. The consultant will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a professional and seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

Consulting and Real Estate skills, including knowledge of the UAE property market and the ability to provide expert advisory services to clients. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals with a focus on exceeding targets. Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English are essential for this role. Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity. Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage, with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
