We are seeking motivated and results-driven

Property Consultants

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships through networking, referrals, and prospecting. Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from PSI's exclusive portfolio. Provide clients with expert advice on the real estate market, investment opportunities, and property trends. Conduct property viewings and presentations, showcasing features and benefits to potential buyers/tenants. Negotiate and finalize sales/rental agreements in line with company policies. Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of leads, prospects, and deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations related to real estate.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in real estate sales/leasing (UAE market experience preferred). Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Presentable, professional, and customer-focused. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
