ob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties. You will act as an intermediary between property owners and potential buyers or tenants, guiding clients through the entire process with professionalism and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in property sales, purchases, and rentals. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available properties and real estate laws. Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and property owners. Schedule and conduct property viewings and site visits. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. Negotiate deals and prepare relevant documentation, including contracts and agreements. Coordinate with legal, mortgage, and other third-party service providers. Maintain accurate records of listings, sales, and customer interactions. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a property consultant, real estate agent, or similar role. Excellent knowledge of the local property market. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and within a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office. Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Valid real estate license or registration (if required in your region). Own vehicle and valid driver's license (optional, based on job location).
