Property Consultant
to focus onlisting acquisition
.This role focuses on engaging with property owners through professional outreach and follow-ups, understanding their objectives, and introducing our advisory-led approach to representation. All communication is conducted in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with property owners through professional outreach and follow-ups Present our advisory and listing approach clearly and professionally Build long-term relationships based on trust and discretion Qualify opportunities and secure listing appointments Maintain accurate records and structured follow-ups Work closely with senior consultants to align on strategy
Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and polished phone manner Relationship-driven and detail-oriented Experience in real estate or client engagement preferred
