Key Duties

-Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and pricing.

-Follow structured daily schedules and achieve KPIs.

-Practice and apply company-approved sales scripts.

-Present developer projects and new launches to clients.

-Contact landlords and sellers to secure property listings.

-Arrange and conduct client meetings and property viewings.

-Understand client needs and present tailored property solutions.

-Negotiate and close transactions professionally.

-Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies.

-Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Experience:

-UAE Real Estate : 1 year (Preferred)

-Sale Experience: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

-UAE Driving License? (Required)
