Property Consultants
to join our growing team. This role is suitable for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and client handling, whether you have prior real estate exposure or are entering the property industry for the first time. Complete training and ongoing assistance are provided.What We Provide

listed on Property Finder Full marketing and administrative support, including advertising, documentation, and client coordination Ongoing training sessions covering UAE real estate laws, sales workflows, and negotiation practices Career growth opportunities backed by performance-based incentives A structured, professional, and growth-oriented working environment50/50 commission structure on closed deals
Role Responsibilities
Assist clients with property leasing, buying, and selling across Ajman Conduct property viewings and present listings in a confident and professional manner Handle negotiations and support clients throughout the transaction process Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and quality service Stay updated on market movements, pricing trends, and new project launches
Candidate Requirements
Strong communication and relationship-management skills Self-driven, energetic, and target-focused mindset Prior real estate experience is an advantage, but
fresh candidates are welcome
