Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and property listings.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant market insights.
Advise clients on current market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Prepare and manage property documents, contracts, and agreements.
Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and client inquiries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and attract new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about real estate laws, market conditions, and competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
