Job Overview

We are looking for

dynamic and motivated Property Consultants

to join our new Ajman branch. The ideal candidate should be multilingual, passionate about real estate, and able to connect with clients across diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Handle sales and leasing inquiries professionally and efficiently. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close deals. Conduct property viewings and negotiations with landlords and tenants. Maintain strong knowledge of Ajman's property market, trends, and regulations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for listings, portals, and documentation. Participate in promotional and marketing activities, including social media campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in

real estate sales or leasing

(preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication in

Arabic, English, and Hindi

. Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Content creation or social media marketing skills

will be an added advantage. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
