Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI). The Property Consultant will focus on building and maintaining a portfolio of property listings, assisting clients with property purchases and rentals, conducting market research, and providing real estate advisory services. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, negotiating property prices, preparing relevant documentation, providing updates to clients, and staying current with real estate market trends and regulations. The role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

Proven skills in property brokerage, sales, and leasing Ability to conduct accurate and detailed market research and investment advisory Proficiency in property appraisal and real estate marketing Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach and adaptability in dynamic work environments Prior experience in property or facility management is an advantage Familiarity with the UAE real estate market and regional regulations is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a relevant field is preferred Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
