Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, providing expert market advice, and delivering exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and market comparisons Negotiate offers and close property deals effectively Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and landlords Manage client database and update CRM regularly Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends and new projects

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent (preferred) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Knowledge of the UAE real estate market . Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional appearance Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
