Generate and follow up on leads Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties Conduct property viewings and negotiations Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants Coordinate with internal listing and admin teams Prepare contracts and required documentation Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations Achieve individual and team targets
Compensation Scenarios
Scenario 1: Basic Salary + Commission
Basic Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,500
