Key of Responsibilities
Follow up on leads within Abu Dhabi
Advise clients on Abu Dhabi neighborhoods, projects, and investment opportunities
Conduct property viewings and presentations exclusively in Abu Dhabi
Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closing of transactions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Stay updated on market trends and new developments
Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to build trust with clients
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
UAE real estate experience is preferred
