Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant - Arabic/European Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC in Abu Dhabi. The role will involve tasks related to property brokerage, listing, leasing, development & consultancy services, real estate marketing, investment advisory, property appraisal, and property & facility management.
Qualifications
Fluency in English, Arabic and/or a second European language
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in property brokerage, listing, and leasing
Knowledge of real estate marketing and investment advisory
Ability to assess property values and provide property appraisal
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
