Identify client needs and provide suitable property options.
Conduct property viewings and accompany clients to site visits.
Promote and market exclusive listings through various channels.
Negotiate offers and close property transactions.
Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties.
Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and buyers.
Stay informed on real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
Prepare documentation related to property transactions.
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the client journey.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (0-3 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local real estate laws and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driving license and own vehicle (if required for the role).
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
