We're looking for passionate, target-driven sales experts to join our growing team at Square Yards, even if you don't have a real estate background! If you love closing deals, building relationships, and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Actively identify and acquire new clients through calls, networking, and in-person meetings. Understand client needs and offer tailored real estate solutions from our diverse portfolio. Build and maintain long-term relationships to maximize client retention and referrals. Stay updated on market trends and developments in the UAE real estate sector.

Who Can Apply:

Sales professionals from industries like insurance, banking, cars, luxury retail, telecom, direct selling, B2B, B2C, etc. Minimum

1-3 years of proven experience in hardcore sales / target-driven roles

. Locally available and bilingual is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
(Previous real estate experience is a plus but

not required. We provide full training and onboarding.)
