Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

This is a full-time, on-site position, responsible for consulting with clients on real estate needs, managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the buying or leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on suitable properties and market trends in Abu Dhabi Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners Negotiate offers and close deals effectively Conduct property viewings and handle all related documentation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional company image

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting Strong consulting, negotiation, and communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
