We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable
Property Consultant
to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties, while providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with the buying, selling, and leasing of properties. Conduct market research to identify potential property listings and investment opportunities. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under the best terms. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements). Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs. Schedule property viewings and accompany clients to site visits. Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair terms. Stay up to date with real estate markets, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a property consultant, real estate agent, or similar role. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and relevant legal guidelines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
