Commission starts at 47% (with 3% RE/MAX global brand contribution)
Slabs grow steadily as you perform
Slab 2 - Growth & Recognition
Incentives or higher commission after 5+ closings per month
Bonuses, leaderboard recognition, and travel rewards
Slab 3 - Top Performers' Bonus
Commission slabs 55% ? 70% (based on performance & assigned projects)
Cash on the spot - up to AED 30,000
Travel to Bali, Europe, and Las Vegas conventions
