Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through multiple channels.
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
Organize and conduct property viewings.
Provide expert advice and negotiate deals to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay current with real estate market trends and developments.
List properties on portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) and manage incoming inquiries.
Foster long-term relationships with clients and property developers.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in using real estate CRMs and online listing platforms.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
UAE driving license is preferably.
Arabic language skills are a plus.
