Gravity real estate is looking for experienced, highly motivated and result oriented Property Consultant to join our growing successful team.

The ideal candidate is responsible of assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. He/she is required to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong client relationship, and close successful real estate deals. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct client consultations to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.

Provide expert advice and guidance on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.

Create and present compelling property listing to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and market value.

Coordinate and conduct property viewing, and virtual tours for potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease on behalf of clients, aiming to secure the best possible outcomes.

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address concerns.

Stay up to date with local real estate market conditions, regulations, and industry trends.

Maintain accurate and up to date records of property listing, client interactions, and transaction details.

Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

2 years minimum experience in UAE Real Estate field.

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.

Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry.

Driving license and car is mandatory.

Bachelor degree.

Bilingual Speakers: Arabic, English, Russian, Chinese, South Asian .
