Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the property, market, and legal requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and available properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate offers and finalize property transactions with professionalism and accuracy. List new properties by coordinating with owners and preparing marketing materials. Collaborate with team members and participate in marketing activities, open houses, and client events. Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulations. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
