50% - 50% commission basis (no basic salary).

As a Property Consultant at Proflex Real Estate, you will be responsible for:
Actively generating leads and closing property deals Guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes Providing expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities Maintaining strong client relationships for repeat and referral business Coordinating with developers, landlords, and internal teams to meet client needs
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of
UAE Real Estate
experience Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Own car and valid UAE driving license (preferred)What We Offer:
