to join our growing real estate and property management team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, closing rental and sales deals, and representing the company with integrity and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle leasing transactions for residential and commercial properties.
Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings and present available units to prospective clients.
Negotiate rental terms and conditions to close successful deals.
Maintain updated property listings, contracts, and client records.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitive listings.
Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
Collaborate with the admin and marketing team to ensure accurate property promotion.
Prepare tenancy contracts, renewal notices, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi property laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or property consultancy in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's rental and sales market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English .
UAE driving license and own car (preferred or required).
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
RERA/DARI knowledge or certification is an added advantage
