Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated, driven, and experienced
Property Consultants
to join our Abu Dhabi office. This is a
commission-based
sales role offering

As a Property Consultant, you will work with buyers and investors, providing expert advice on property sales and guiding them through every stage of the purchase process.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect for new clients through cold calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, and developers.
Present and promote property listings to potential clients.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Negotiate prices and terms of agreements between buyers and sellers.
Stay updated with Abu Dhabi market trends, property prices, and upcoming project launches.
Work closely with internal support teams (marketing, mortgage, conveyancing) to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting (UAE market experience preferred but not mandatory).
Languages:
Fluent English (mandatory). Bilingual/trilingual preferred (European languages, Chinese, or Turkish).
Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven personality.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
