Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms.
Documentation:
Assist clients with all necessary paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying/selling process to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate or a related field.
Strong understanding of property markets and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
Valid real estate license (if required in your location).
Preferred Skills:
Strong negotiation skills.
