Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.
Provide accurate information on the market, pricing, and legal requirements.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Negotiate property sales or lease agreements on behalf of clients.
Prepare necessary documentation such as contracts, agreements, and leases.
Promote properties through marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and events.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or property management.
Strong understanding of the local property market and legal aspects of real estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property listing platforms.
