We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements Source and list new properties for sale or lease Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and developers Facilitate property transactions and coordinate with legal and financial professionals Negotiate offers and ensure the best possible terms for clients Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and relevant regulations Promote properties through marketing campaigns, social media, and networking
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in real estate Strong knowledge of local property market and real estate laws Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM software [Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred]
