Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable

Property Consultant

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. You'll act as an intermediary between property owners and potential buyers/tenants, offering professional advice and support throughout the entire transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct market research to identify emerging property trends and opportunities. Provide clients with accurate and updated information on property values, taxes, and market conditions. Schedule and conduct property viewings and inspections. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups. Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible terms. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present offers, contracts, and relevant documentation. Work collaboratively with other agents, brokers, and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy. Strong knowledge of the local property market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
