Property Asset Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Property Asset Administrator
to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to manage properties efficiently and professionally, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Manage tenant relations, payment records and maintenance Maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners Coordinate, modify, distribute various forms, spread sheets, manuals etc. Monitor, maintain and update tenancy contract register and files Maintain a system for documents like leases, tenants, rentals cheques, etc. Prepare AMC reports, maintenance reports and support overall property performance
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experienced in UAE property management Excellent communication and tenant relationship skills Familiarity with real estate laws and best practices in the UAE is a plus
