Job Description
:
As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert advice and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and transactions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends and legal regulations.
Promote and market available properties to potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emiratization role).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage (training provided).
