Property Advisors
to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
As a Property Advisor, you'll play a key role in matching clients with the right properties while delivering top-tier service. You'll handle the end-to-end sales/rental process, build client relationships, and work closely with our marketing and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct viewings, property valuations, and market research
Build and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects
Negotiate offers and close deals effectively
Stay up-to-date with market trends and local property values
Maintain CRM records and client documentation
Requirements:
6-12 months of real estate experience (sales or rentals)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and within a team
Knowledge of the local property market is a plus
A valid driver's license (if required in your area)
