Job Responsibilities:

Advise clients on property options based on their requirements and budget. Assist clients in finding, buying, selling, and leasing properties. Offer market insights and stay updated on the latest real estate trends, particularly in Dubai. Conduct property viewings and follow-up with leads to close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with both property owners and prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring all legal and financial processes are followed. Achieve sales and leasing targets set by the company. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the property buying or renting process. Manage property listings, including updates on relevant platforms and marketing materials. Maintain a strong network within the real estate community.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, with more than 3 years of total real estate experience.

Skills:

Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property regulations, and trends.

Personal Traits:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a passion for real estate and customer service.

Languages:

Fluent in English or Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
