We are looking for a motivated

Community Specialist (Real Estate Broker)

to join our growing team in Dubai.

As a Community Specialist, you will represent Gold Mark Real Estate across Dubai's top communities, managing the full property transaction process and developing lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the sale and leasing of residential properties across Dubai. Source and list properties through cold calling, canvassing, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and clients. Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients. Negotiate offers and close successful transactions. Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and manage listings. Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends and pricing. Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai Land Department regulations.

Requirements

Experience in real estate brokerage or sales (preferred). Knowledge of the Dubai property market is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage). Valid UAE driving license preferred.
