We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Provide tailored advice and guidance to clients regarding their property needs, helping them make informed decisions on purchasing, selling, or leasing properties.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to assess property values, trends, and opportunities. Stay updated on local and national real estate market conditions.
Property Listings:
Manage property listings, including photographing and promoting properties, creating detailed property descriptions, and uploading them to various platforms.
Property Viewings:
Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants. Provide information on the features and benefits of the property.
Negotiation:
Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in terms of price, terms, and conditions.
Documentation & Contracts:
Prepare and review property agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation. Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, property owners, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, property closings, and fostering repeat business.
Market Trends Analysis:
Advise clients on current property market conditions, identifying investment opportunities and potential risks.
Customer Service:
Offer ongoing support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
