Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Advisor with over 3 years of hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local property trends, strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record in sales and leasing of residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires an individual with excellent communication abilities, market insight, and the drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai. Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and valuation assessments. Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including cold calling, digital platforms, referrals, and networking events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and competitive listings. Negotiate and close property deals professionally and ethically. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Prepare documentation such as contracts, agreements, and offers. Stay informed about project launches, off-plan developments, and investment opportunities across Dubai.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a real estate agent or property advisor in Dubai. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, areas, and regulatory framework. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach. Valid UAE driving license
