Cultivating relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and tenants Presenting luxury properties with presence and persuasion Leading clients through the full sales lifecycle -- from first inquiry to final handover Managing negotiations and transactions with sharpness, speed, and strategy Staying current on market movements, trends, and high-potential developments Collaborating with in-house marketing and operations teams to amplify results

Minimum 1 year of proven real estate sales success in Dubai Confident negotiator with strong closing experience Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate dynamics and buyer profiles RERA certified (or eligible)
