motivated and ambitious Property Advisors
to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
As a Property Advisor, you'll play a key role in matching clients with the right properties while delivering top-tier service. You'll handle the end-to-end sales and rental process, build strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with our marketing and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct viewings, property valuations, and market research
Build and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects
Negotiate offers and close deals effectively
Stay updated on market trends and local property values
Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation
Requirements:
6-12 months of real estate experience (sales or rentals)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the Dubai property market is a plus
Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
